Swim Course: In the ocean in front of the Laem Mae Phim Resort & Hotel, 1 lap for Sprint and 2 laps for Standard Distance
Bike Course: Cycle along the beach road, 1 lap for Sprint and 2 laps for Standard Distance. There are no water stations on the bike course.
Run Course: Running along the beach road, 1 lap for Sprint and 2 laps for Standard Distance. There are 2 water stations on the course. |

Standard Distance: the competitors will be divided into five age groups of men 18 - 29 years, men 30 - 39 years, men 40 - 49 years and men 50 years and above and women 18 years and above.
Sprint Distance: the competitors will be divided into four age groups of young men 19 years and below, men 20 years and above and young women 19 years and below, women 20 years and above.

Trophy: |
The champion of each age group will receive a Trophy. The 1st runners up and the 2nd runners up of each age group will receive a Plate Award.

14:00 - 17:00: Register at the race office in front of Laem Mae Phim Beach Resort & Hotel
Sunday 15-November-2009:
06:00: Body numbering and registration
07:00: Race Start ( Both Sprint and Standard Distance)
11:30: Award Presentation at the Race office |

On Saturday 14-November-2009 from 10:00 - 18:00 and before the race start on Sunday 15-November-2009. |
| Online Registration: |
You should register online before the deadline so that we can prepare the necessary equipment for the race, which depends on the number of participating athletes. |

Entry Fee and Souvenir T-Shirt: |
The entry fee is 500 Baht for Sprint Distance and 600 Baht for Standard Distance. The participants will receive a Souvenir T-Shirt. |

There are many resorts and hotels along Laem Mae Phim Beach near the starting line and venue of race. |
